McManus, It's not the fuse, the unit would have no lights at all if that where the case. I'm not clear as to which part youu replaced, The control panel/keypad assembly, Part number: AP3951304
or the control board, Part number: AP3951304
You may want to try this, in the mean time. Clean the insertion end of the keypad ribbon, with some rubbing alcohol. Clean the contacts on the printed circuit board connector as well. reinsert the ribbon connector and insure it is in properly and as deep as possible in the connector. Blinking lights on the control panel, usually indicates a failure in the communicatios circuit between the keypad and the control board. Let us know what you find, and how you make out. :) :) :)

Originally Posted by: nmcmanus12 joe we replaced the control board McManus, I was afraid of that, It's usually a bad keypad(s) on the control panel. ( see below) Try the alcohol and clean the insertion end of the touchpad ribbon as I mentioned in the previous post, and run the diagnostic cycle(let it run the whole cycle) to reset the control board. SERVICE DIAGNOSTICS CYCLE NOTES NOTE 1. To invoke the Diagnostics Cycle, perform the following key presses in less than 6 seconds while in standby(OFF): Heated Dry ➙ Normal ➙ Heated Dry ➙ Normal
PROBLEM: WON’T RUN AND LED ABOVE KEY(S) IS FLASHING RAPIDLY
Short circuit(s) in keypad or in control’s input lines that read the keys.
If the flashing returns/persists, replace the control panel keypad assembly.
Good Luck, :) :) :)
