I noticed that me oven was taking forever to heat. Turns out the lower element is not heating at all. I am in the process of taking it out to check the omh. I take it that is the first step???


Second, none of the interior lights have operated for 2 years. I took the glass lens off and with a tissue pulled both bulbs. They look fine......any ideas??
