My wife is frustrated some what,with our PANASONIC DIMENSION 4 GENIUS microwave. It continues cooking, (doesn't shut off) when a pacific time is programmed on key board. Other times it operates normally. Since I'm retired, I don't need more on the honey dew list but this is a kitchen appliance thats needed.
Does this discription discribe enough for someone? I have to drag it to: Panasonic, (main head office, 40 miles away in Toronto) and pay for time and examining ETC. A great appliance part store is ten minutes away. Please advise!
