Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 5/27/2011(UTC) Posts: 1		Maytag Legacy Series Washing machine dribbles water into the tub during filling. It does this for both hot and cold. I have checked the hoses and the screens and all are clear. This is an intermittant problem sometimes it is at the start and sometimes it at the refill or not at all or during both. Any ideas? Thanks!

Are you sure you have plenty of water pressure to the faucets for the washer. Otherwise it would have to be a problem in the fill valve, or the water flume inlet to the fill spout, Part number: AP4024482 Part number: AP4024392 Part number: AP4009238 If the problem is in the washer the fill valve would be the most likely culprit.
