Would a faulty water inlet valve cause the water intake to run continously while the dishwasher is in operation?

If you unplug the unit and the water stops, it is not the water valve.
If it does stop then the valve is being powered so is probably OK and some thing else is causing the problem. Could be the timer contacts or float switch. |
