i have a GE over the range microwave model # JVM2070SK02. power is on and the panel lights up when i open the door but the touch panel features are inactive.i tried to recycle power but does not fix the issue. no error code - all touch panel buttons are disabled. vent and light buttons on the bottom right of the touch panel are working properly. touch panel in not responsive.

I have a GE over the range microwave model # JVM1850SM1SS. Power is on but the touch panel features are inactive.No error code - all touch panel buttons are disabled, except only number 6 working. Any ideas, I appreciated.
