When you press start normal and heat dry are lit and the you are locked
out all options hit cancel and 2 min end cycles starts tried normal heat normal heat and cycles and runs all option but will not clear

That would indicate a bad key pad in the control panel, on that style dishwasher. You could reset the control using the following procedure, and allowing the dishwasher to run the test, and try it again, after the test is over(it only takes a few minutes to run). SERVICE DIAGNOSTICS CYCLE NOTES NOTE 1. To start the Service
Diagnostics Cycle, press the following keys, in order, in less than 6
seconds, while in standby (off):
Heated Dry, Normal, Heated Dry, Normal
If the problem persists, replace the contol panel/ keypad assembly.
