""Joe or Dick, the manual states the dispensers are timed controlled.. is there any way to reset and/or check that???""

I believe the bleach dispenser valve should open up during the first water fill of the wash cycle selected.

The Fabric dispenser valve should open up during the rinse part of the cycle all under firmware control by the Control Board. As far as I know you can't change those settings.

In Service Mode I'm just trying to fault isolate the issue. My assumptions are the Water Inlet Valves are working as designed from your initial post.

""I really appreciate your help, I tested both sides of the dispenser valve and they both had 120v""

OK if you can get 120VAC to the valves In Service Mode and you hear them hum that’s a good sign. This is on the newley installed dispenser valve assembly correct?

As I mentioned in my previous post first open up the Cold water valve in Service Mode before opening up the Bleach/Fabric Softener valves in Service Mode.

I just did this. I place a paper towel over the reservoirs to help ID water flow into them then close the washer lid.

1. Enter Service Mode;

2. Press Delicates key LED display indicates ot (Board Output Test)something like that and the lid locks will lock.

3. Press Spin key and the Cold water inlet valve opens and water flows into the wash tub thru the dispenser valve assembly.

4. Press Bulky Items key and water is diverted to the bleach reservoir as verified by wet paper towel....... I hope

5. Press Wrinkle Control key and water is diverted to the Fabric Softener reservoir as verified by wet paper towel........ I hope

If after doing this and you have no water flow thru the dispenser valves and you verify 120VAC to the dispenser solenoids I'm at a loss as to what the issue is.

My next step would be to bench test the dispenser valve with a cheater cord and insure the valves are opening up with 120VAC applied. Lil tricky to do that but will explain if you need to go that far.

Just an FYI.......If you release the washer top from the base to observe be very careful water will spray everywhere.

Maybe Joe can jump in with his thoughts.

Good Luck I'll be around if I can help...........Dick

You guys are on POINT,

But a couple of things,

In the test mode the valves are not "timed" , so be carefull there.

Raise the top and remove the front panel, put the top back down in the proper position, to observe the dispenser operation. The paper towels will just create a big mess, You'll be able to observe the dispensers filling with water, and flowing into the cups on the tub cover.

Make sure both the hot and cold water faucets are full open. and leave the cold fill valve open(filling) when you test the bleach and softner dispenser valves.

If we have enough cold water flow to the valve(s) there should be no "buzzing" noises from the valves.

You guys are on it.

Good Luck,
:) :) :)
