Water remains in the bottom of the tub and the water is leaking out the bottom.

when the washer is on the water leaks out the bottom of the machine onto the floor. I don't know how it is leaking out. When I open the washer door I see water at the bottom of the tub.

thats not a good number it may start with a gsd or something like that the tag is on the top edge where the door closes against machine or on the door itself
