Here is how I do it: I start with a good digital thermometer that has a type "J" or"K" thermocouple on it Its a wre that plugs into meter, I position that wire on the middle rack. Set oven to 400. Allow it to preheat and cycle at least 1 time then I know the oven should be at desired temp My meter has a record button on oit so I will record the temperatures. you can also write them down. keeping an eye on the meter displaying the temp. I watch it and also wath the cycling lite on stove I write down the temp that it reaches its highest when the lite goes off or the element it will cool down to the low temp write that down then the element will come back on again heat then ity shuts off and cools then it heats shuts off and cools Get it? Ok the hi and low temps youadd those together divide by 2 andd that will give you the average temp the oven is baking at.

if you still have the book it will be in there sometimes you run temp up to 550 then bush and hold bake or you just push and hold bake there are various ways the display when in calibration will display "00" then you use temp up or down they will only allow 35 degrees either direction if its to far out of wac you have to replace control most sensors will read 1100 ohms at room temp

I tried both of Your suggestions and in both cases the F7 came on- pad or button stuck. I don't have the manual. Any other suggestions to recalibrate the sensor to the display? Thank-You
