Every 2-3 months the drive belt on my washing machine keeps breaking. Does anybody know what could be causing it to break so often? It is not being overloaded. I can't figure out why it keeps breaking! Only 3 years old and still like new but I am getting pretty frustrated having to change the belt every couple of months. please help!

These belts are really, really tough so if yours is breaking regularly it may be being chewed up. Check to see if the belt is paralle with respect to the motor and pulley.
