I have had this refrigerator for 11years and never had a single problem until now. the freezer is working great, but the refrigerator part wont get cold. we have cleaned everything but it didn't work. HELP

Is the freezer fan running, do you see alot of frost on the back wall of the freezer?

after reading some of the other post I went and looked at my freezer compartment.. and yes it does have frost build up on the back wall.
