Greetings:
I am receiving an ERR on the display after I hit Bake, enter a temperature, then hit start. If I put in 250 or 275, the oven preheats like normal. If I put in 350 and hit start, ERR is displayed. Convection has the same problem. Broil and self clean are working.

You have it programmed for Celsius, you need to set it for farenheit....do you have the owners manual?

Press bake and proil pads at the same time till the screen changes to show "SF"
Next press the broil pad you will see "C" Press broil again you will see "F"
Now press the start pad and your ready to go.
