I bought this apartment size washer in april while at fort bragg, now im here at fort polk. well it only worked about 4 times since i got here. I called the place in NC and they said the couldent fix it because I am out of state. All it does is fill up with water, when finished, the heavy, normal, delicate cycle lite comes on and stays red, the water level light blinks on and off. If anyone can help let me know.TY
