The refrigerator won't get below 10 degrees Celsius. The freezer was also too warm, but my husband cleaned the condenser coils in the back. The freezer started cooling better, and it is at 0 degrees Celsius on the lowest temperature setting. I'm not sure if it should be colder. I read that it could be air flow restrictions in the vent, but if so, how do we clean the vent? What if that's not it? Thanks!

Because of the age of the refrigerator, the possibility that it's the compressor going out, and we need a bigger fridge, we've decided to get a new refrigerator. Thanks for your post!
