I broke the outer-most oven door glass and the metal trim that runs along the bottom of this window. Can someone help me with part #'s? Thank you!

Got the wrong glass. Not even close. Now I'm suppose to miss work to go to the library, print out the return slip and drop it off at a ups pickup? It's your f-up, mail me a return label so I can leave it on my porch for them to pick up when I'm working!

No, numbnuts. I ordered the correct part. They shipped the correct trim but the wrong glass.

You seem to have jumped from "thank you" to being rude rather quickly.

I did not say that you ordered the wrong part number or that you had anything to do with getting the wrong part.
I was just trying to let you know that if you have a complaint you should direct it to AppliancePartsPros parts people as I do not work for them.
They try to ensure their customers are satisfied and I see very few complaints about them.

I just try to help a few folks get their units up and running.
In your case, I should have ignored your post.

PS: Have not heard "numbnuts" in years, it brought back fond memories.
