Repair people have been out, but the adjustments don't hold and the scorching starts up again. I think I just need to replace the burner, part number AP4094574. Does that sound correct? Thanks.

I would better use the burner with the part number AP376987 Here are the break down diagrams for the Jenn Air cooktop Model CG206S Gene.
