the dryer will tumble but does not heat up at all it just blows cool air and will not dry clothes

It could be a couple of things. It could be the ignitor, which is #6 on the gas carrying parts picture, or it could be the thermal fuse kit, which is # 16. You have to pop the top up, and take the front off, to view the burner assembly. Also on that model, you might has well pull the belt off and remove the drum, so you can run the dryer with the door switch wires attached to see what is going on. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
