It sounds like your motor is not turning. Open the door of the dryer and there are a few screws that are up top, that you can take out, so you can remove the top. You will most likely have to take the 4 torx screws out of the top of the control panel to do so. Make sure you unplug the dryer before you start this. If you need to go further, you would have to take the front off, inside the front , up top, on the right and left side of the front there is a 5/16s screw on each side, take them off, and remove the front in a way, where you can take the wires off the door switch.
