The oven door will sometimes lock after a baking cycle. It might not do it right away , sometimes even after it has cooled quite a bit . It will eventually unlock again so it's not a terrible inconvenience but if it decides to do it while the Thanksgiving turkey is on the inside of the oven there are going to be a lot of unhappy guests. Defective oven sensor maybe ??

Most likely the problem is a bad control board aka a clock.

- The part number for the clock is AP204806
