Have a modern maid double oven/range all one unit model QEI 362. Both ovens fail to work. Seems they quit working at the same time. Everything was fine, someone pushed the button to turn on the upper oven light, the button stuck, burned out and now neither oven will work. Incoming power on line 1 and line 2 have 120 volts, replaced the push button switch and it blew the new one. Can't find any 220 on the appliance. I have not pulled the unit out of the wall yet. Is there something I can check without pulling it OR do I need to pull it and what should I check when I do? Also when you barely turn on the oven knob it will blink, if you turn the knob just past the on position it goes off. The elements do not heat at all.

I would recommend to pull it out and check everything, starting from the junction box. Especially carefully I would check the upper oven light circuit.
