Water dispenser puts out very little water and then there is a loud rattling noise that the refrigerator makes when the water comes out. Anybody got any ideas what is causing this?

Basically, first thing to check or do is repalce the water filter, it could be full of debris and causing a pressure fluctuation and low water pressure. Check and make sure you have plenty of water pressure at the water supply tube going into the water inlet valve on the back of the refrigerator. Replace the water filter housing, there could be a problem in the valve system in the housing. Good Luck, :) :) :)

Joe/App Team,
Sorry Joe, that model number was for my other refrigerator. The problem of the water dispenser is for my Jen Aire 620jfc2089HES. I don't know if you're first reply would work the same way for my Jen Aire? Thanks.

Likeit LIKEIT, Thanks, that's a lot more helpfull, but the checks are the same, Check and make sure there's plenty of water to the fill valve, Part number: AP4080862
Check and make sure the water tank on the back wall in the refrigerator, is not frozen, or full of air. Replace the filter, if you havent recently, Part number: AP4343647
And replace the filter control head assembly, if all the other checks are OK, Part number: AP4080076
Good Luck, :) :) :)
