my maytag gas dryer is not blowing hot air into dryer . is has warm air coming out of the vent . inside the dryer in the upper right hand side is a vent that gets very hot , but it does not seem to have air coming out of it and therefore taking a very long time to dry clothes . can you tell me the most likely problem and how to fix ?

It sounds like your blower wheel is broken. You would have to take the front off to get to it. If you turn the blower wheel, and the drum does not turn with it, the blower wheel is broken. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
