Not sure on age or model number of my Whirlpool oven. I have a Whirlpool oven and it stopped working last week in the middle of my meatloaf. The oven does not work, the stove top does not work. But the light for the top (burners) comes on but the burners never come on. The light for the oven does not turn on and neither does the oven. It is an electric oven with a flat top. Please help...

I would start by checking to make sure you have 240 volts at the unit from the breaker box...
