I own a Kenmore elite duel fuel oven. The control panel works fine with no error messages. Gas top works fine. The electric warmer drawer also works fine. The electric broiler and oven burner are both not working. There appear to be no burn marks or other "cosmetic" defects on the broiler or over burner. I have not removed these yet. Could both be out at the same time? If it is just the elements, I can replace these, but for both to be out at the same time is to much for the layperson. Could it be something more that I should call a repair specialist? Thanks for any advice.

I could not find the wiring diagram for this range and I could not verify if there is a thermal cut-off or not. Look for the tech sheets on the back of the range or inside the control panel. If you'll find it then post it here.

If there is a thermal protector then this part is bad. If there is no a such part then the problem is a bad control board.

There is a " thermal block"in the wiring diagram. I'll try to upload the schematic tomorrow.
Thanks,
Amoncrieff
Tried to upload the schematic but the file is too large. When I adjust the size, you can no longer read. Anywhere else I can upload the picture ?

It was the control board. Thanks for the prior input and if anyone has a similiar problem, I hope this helps.

We are glad you were able to fix it.
