trying to install part 8201786 (compressor starter switch) - my particular compressor (EGY90) calls for me to use part # 2154697 which consist on two parts. I can't determine how to interface the old wires to this new part. The red wire is straight forward. the ground wire stays put. i see where to plug the included white jumper wire but i do not know where the other end of this white jumper wire goes. i have a black rectangular box behind my compressor which has a white a blue wire coming from it that plugged up to the old connector that is burnt to a crisp. so i do not know where to plug up the white and blue wire coming from this black rectangular box.
please help!!!

I would use the part AP3885081, comes with complete info. Very hard to help on line and if you wire it up wrong, you could blow out the compressor!
