The unit makes NO noise at all. Could it be a reset fuse? Where is it. thank you for any help possible. This unit is a built in model and I would not mind getting a new one but I can not find a trim kit to fit the current hole and new microwave. Any ideas where to get a trim kit for a new unit if I have to get one? thanks

The inside light does come on when the door is open but not wheneve the timer / unit is set to operate.

I would like to find something the same size to fit the whole in my cabinets or a trim kit for the new one. Any ideas?
