My freezer started getting warm one night and by the next morning my food was defrosting. The next day my fridge was not working either. I have cleaned all the coils I can see. Replaced the Compressor starter. It didn't work. What do I need to do now. Been with out for a week now. There wasn't any frost! Please Help me. Husband is deployed and I am lost.

If the compressor does not run and does not make any noises then most likely the problem is a bad power control board on the back of the refrigerator. - The power control board Part number: AP4358812

The compressor is warm to the touch and vibrates so what does this mean?

Does the fan inside the freezer work?
If it does then it's possible there is a problem with the sealed system. It can be low on Freon, it can be a restriction in the system or the compressor can have a low capacity. In such situation you have to call a pro for diagnosis and/or repair.
