Top rack remains dirty. Ran it with door open and confirmed no upper water or spinning going on. However, my kitchen floor and myself got a good bath. Water level good. Even added extra just to make sure. Went ahead and cleaned the screen where the water line connects to the dishwasher. It seems that even the bottom sprayer didn't have abundant(but enough to soak me, thoroughly) pressure. It didn't drench the inside top of the compartment with much force. The big screen in bottom is clean. Removed it and its clean underneath. There's a small compartment in the bottom housing a small plastic check valve type ball that rests over the opening to the tube to the upper sprayers. I assume it moves out of the way during operation. That tube is clear of blockage. The motor impeller is clean and not damaged. Is there a way to confirm the motor is producing sufficient rpm's to get the water up to the top?. Where would any loss of pressure likely occur? I see no cracks in the housing and no leaks outside.

The pump on my Frigidaire has 2 dirrections it will spin. one for the lower arm and the other for the upper levels. I have put 2 pumps in since I have owned it in about 6 years. I do use it alot so I don't think it is too bad. Most of the time I can hear a difference in the motor noise when it is going bad. If yours only has one direction it spins than I would say it may not have the pressure it once had due to slipping of the impeller or just not spinning fast enough but either way my gamble would be to put in a new pump.

Yes, a new pump is my next move. However, the last 5 loads since I reassembled it have been just fine. Weird.
