My washer wont drain, it makes a "hummm" sound, but not drain. I looked at the belt and it looks like it is loose (more than one inch), but I did not find a belt tensor, it just have 4 nuts from the motor.

The belt has nothing to do with the drain as your washer has it's own drain motor remove the hoses and look for an obstruction or put in drain and see if fan on drain motor is turning
