I just ordered a new Timer form Appliance Parts Pros. I connected it in the exact same manner and absolutely nothing happens. I took it off and put the old one on and it at least makes some noise. I could not get any thing from the new replacement part.

I did notice on the original timer I did not hook anything up to the "WH" connection point on the right side of the timer. Both of the leads are connected in the upper right by the connection denote as "M". I am assuming that would not make a difference.... would it ????

All wires must be transfered to the new timer exactly as they were connected to the old part.

What was the original problem?
