I have replaced the coupler and the transmission on this washer and still have clunking problems while in the spin cycle. Can someone suggest another avenue I can explore to cure this problem?'

Noises like that are almost impossible for us to diagnose because we need to be there to hear it, and well, we aren't.

I would by pass the lid switch and operate the machine with the cabinet off and see if you can tell where the noise is coming from. Look and listen closely at the clutch/brake assemblies.
