Bosch Dishwasher not filling with water

My washing isn't filling. It will hum and I believe its the drain pump that is working. I have checked to float and switch it connects with and the switch seems to be working fine. I have taken to inlet water pump off and ran it and it seems to work fine. I can't get a voltage reading to the pump. Is this the control panel or am i missing something else.
