I am hearing a noise...that after pulling the toe plate, sounds like it's coming from the pump motor. Is it possible to have a bearing go out with a dishwasher less than 2 years old? Is this something that can be fixed and has anyone had a similar problem?

The first thing I would do is remove the inlet cover inside the dishwasher and check for a foreign object(s) inside the filter sump. This motor is very dependable and usually last much longer.
