No hot H2O. Water does flow through inlet hose when disconnected from
water valve. Valve solenoids both ohm check approx 600 ohms, same as new
valve. It appears to be OK. How do I test the temperature control panel ?
Or, should I just replace it. Also is there any other possibility? Selector switch? I removed wires and checked for continuity. Appeared to be ok.

If the switch tests good and the valve tests good the only thing that leaves is the board unless the valve has a thermistor in it
