The tub seems extremely loose- it will rock completely one way or the other then stay tilted to that side. And of course, it pounds during the spin cycle. I pulled the top off and the springs are all in place and look fine. The white tub gaskets look fine as well. Any ideas what I should do next?

If it is really less than one year old, it should be covered by factory warranty.

If not, take off the cabinet, by-pass the lid switch and operate to determine if you can see where the problem is. Look for something bent or broken in the support area.

You can also try replacing the support springs as visual inspection cannot reveal if they are a problem, and it is an expensive repair.
