Kenmore refrigerator model 363.9611786. Water is accumulating underneath crisper bins...slight icing. Temp. in freezer and frig appear to be warmer than normal. I think a drain is clogged...problem...I can't determine where the drain is located? There are a series of slots in the freezer toward the bottom of the back wall....poured hot water down them and much of it appears to end up below the crispers after draining down through the frig and freezer temp controls in the frig portion of the unit. Didn't seem to fix the problem.

Remove the rear panel in the freezer and you should see the drain pan where the hole is frozen/plugged.
