I had a service replace the first one; it lasted 1 week(single element), I replaced the 2nd one with a dual element (recommended by manf.) It lasted 5 weeks. Is there anything else I should replace? Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Senior Expert Joined: 9/7/2008(UTC) Posts: 750		WOW!!!!!! I have never had to do the same Refer twice!! The ONLY thing I can think of is that somehow you are touching the GLASS TUBES during the install, YOU MUST NOT TOUCH THEM!!!! Try another and keep us posted.:D
