Detergent dispenser won't open. Suspect rinse aid not working either. Replaced the dispenser with no change. Is there a way to check that the control board is sending the signal to dispenser to open? Is there any other possible failure point other than the control board?

Hello,

Yes there is press normal, heated dry, normal, heated dry this will activate diagnostics. Press the start button until the soap cup test is activated. The control will send voltage down to the wax motor make your test then.

The tech sheet that is on the toe kick will explain how to make this test.

No "heated dry" button, only a button labled "energy saver dry". Is there a different sequence for this model?
