The front load washer seemed to not spin fast for several months and now does not tumble or spin at all.I took the coins and other items out of the pump inlet.The washer fills with water and the timer advances and you can hear clicking sounds as it progresses through the cycles and then it pumps out and stops normally.
When I turm the drum by hand the motor shaft turns but the motor does not turn durnig the cycle.

You either have a bad control board, motor control board or motor. You will probably be able to find the tech guide in your washer if you take the front bottom of the washer off (two screws then pull down). You can follow the testing procedures on the tech sheet if you have a multimeter.
