I believe that my water pressure is low due to the excessive amount of coiled water line behind the crisper drawers. There is approximately 50' wrapped. Can I cut this and use a coupler to shorten it? If so how long should I leave it?

No, thats not the problem, don't cut it/ Most likely replace the bad "self piercing saddle valve" where the water line connects to existing plumbing, sometimes you can take them apart and clean the small hole it made, I say replace it with non self piercing type
