Gene - thanks for your help. The poster above does not have a GE fridge like I do thats why he is saying he has 6 wires/terminals at the back of his auger motor. I definitely had only two wires at the back of mine.

Sorry - my mistake. Did you test the motor and power?

Yes I had 120V at the two wires. There was also 7-9 V at these wires when the door plunger was not engaged. Is that normal? I removed the motor and there was a minor amt of icy frost under the plastic cover surrounding the motor as well as the plug at the back of the fridge. I melted it all using a hair dryer, put it all back together and now the motor / ice dispenser works.......at least so far? Thanks for your help.
