the machine fill up with water and drains but through out the wash the tube and agitator never turns and the belts still on swap motors and the same thing is there and fuse link in the wireing need some help on this please thank's

On these machines that drive bell will strip out:  to get to it you must remove the agitator. Grab the agitator around the narrow neck and snatch it upwards. It will come off and reveal that pesky drive bell. SublimeMasterJW attached the following image(s):

ever thing is good the water comes in and pumps out but the motor never turns this now of one the bord is on top of the motor like to timmer and a wire is broak but can't find nothing yet
