I have bought replacement parts: ignitor and safety valve and the ignitor is igniting properly. And I believe the flow valve for the broiler/oven i.e. gas valve isnt' opening to allow gas to flow through properly

Hi Debbie,

Check if the shut off valve (#11 on the break down diagram) is open.
