I've discovered a leak in our dishwasher. When I pulled the kick plate it appears that it is leaking around the sump pump. I'm guessing that I need to replace the sump pump gasket. Is that correct? If I'm on the right track, how do I go about replacing the gasket?

Any help would be appreciated.

Unless the unit has had limited operation and the gasket was allowed to dry out, you should be able to pull the motor pump assy , clean the sump seal and reinstall.
The easiest way would be to pull the entire unit out and lay it on the side, you are looking for 3 white pull out tabs, thats all that holds the pump in.
You will have to remove the drain pump in order to allow the motor/pump access.
