 My Jenn-Air Radiant Cooktop ( Model CCE 3401) front large burner does not work. All other 3 burners work properly? What part needs replacing and how can I do it?

That could either be the element itself or the infinate switch (control) for the element. You would need to test each part to determine which you need.

While moving an appliance in front of my Jenn-Air cook top I made contact with, and damaged, one of the control switches. The knob became free by way of the breakage of the switch shaft. The switch shaft broke in two at a groove in the shaft. I am assuming that I will have to replace the switch assembly. How do I get to it to change it?
