The fabric softener does always get flushed into the rise water, thus leaving some drips in the tub. I generally don't use liquid softener, I stick to dryer sheets and just clean the lint filter on the dryer twice a year with hot soapy water. Nat

OK I finally got my parts today after UPS man delivered them to the wrong house yesterday. ha I got the coupler put in place and one clip on the motor in place. What is the trick to get the other clip to hold the motor in place on? I got the top clip on and can't get the bottom one? Any secrets or help here?

Push the motor down with one hand while pushing the bottom clip up with another.

Harleygurl, you go girl. This person gave you excellent instructions. I used similar and my 17 year old son fixed the coupler in 20 minutes
