had power surge. nothing on dishwasherworks. don't know where to start. check breaker, ok. lost other items in house also. repairman says 485.00 to fix. need help. please.

Sounds like you have a bad control module. You can test and see if you are getting power to it at the 2 wire molex connector at the bottom right corner. If you have power you will need to change the control module. You access this by removing the inner door panel. Here is the part number, as well as a link to the parts diagram page. Hope this helps.

thanks for the help! control module fixed 1 problem,got dishwasher running again,but key pad wont work with door open,is set on 1 wash setting,hope i did the right thing by ordering a key pad. had problem with key pad before,so i hope this will fix it.
