My home has the original Westinghouse wall oven that still works but the temperature is off. If you set it to 350 degrees, it heats up to 425 degrees. Also, it takes a long time for the oven to cool off once you turn it off. What could cause this problem and can it be repaired? I have checked several sites but have not found one that can locate this model #. HELP:confused:

I looked on every parts site I know & haven't found your model number either. It sounds like your temp control maybe malfunctioning. Would it be possible to locate a few part numbers off the unit, like the control section parts? If so I may be able to do some cross referencing to locate some information for you. nat

You will probably have to slide the oven out of the wall a little to open the control panel. Each part has it's own number and generally it is printied on the part. Nat
