My dryer stopped heating. I've tested many parts with my volt meter and came across one that seems to be not working. I've attached pics because I can't figure out what part this is. When I test the two terminals, it does not register on the voltmeter. In the pic it is the bottom part (the top is reading on the volt meter) which is white. I disconnected the piece from the top (it connects onto the bottom piece) and tested it - no reading. sorry I can't describe it any better, not my field of expertise. Does anybody recognize what part this is?

I think it may be the heating element after looking at the pic and checking out the plug on it. Can anyone confirm this for me??? And, do I need to change anything else other than that?
